The CS-4A is a 256-channel chute-type sorter for large-scale rice mills. It handles 3.0 to 5.5 tons per hour — enough to carry the load on most commercial lines without needing a second machine.

Sorting accuracy is 99.99% or above. The optical system flags streaked grains, moldy kernels, broken rice, and the usual contaminants: glass, stones, plastic fragments. Carryover stays above 10:1, so the reject stream isn't eating into your yield. At 5 tons an hour, even a small percentage of good grain thrown out with the waste adds up fast — the math matters here.
