The CS-3C is a 192-channel chute-type color sorter, built for mills that need reliable, high-volume sorting without the footprint of multiple units. It does 1.5 to 2.5 tons per hour, and the machine itself is only 1550×1595×2040 mm — tight enough to slot into most existing lines without rearranging the floor plan.

Optical accuracy is 99.99% or above. It picks up the usual suspects: off-color and streaked grains, moldy kernels, broken rice, and foreign material like glass, stones, and plastic. Carryover sits above 10:1, so the reject stream isn't taking good product with it. If you've ever watched a cheaper sorter blow 5 good grains for every bad one, you'll appreciate that number.
