The CS-3A is a 192-channel optical sorter built for large-scale rice mills and commercial grain lines. It handles 3.5 to 4.0 tons per hour, and the carryover ratio sits above 120:1 — meaning you lose hardly any good grain in the reject stream.

The sorting engine pairs cloud-based algorithms with high-precision optical sensors. Accuracy is 99.99% or better. It catches and ejects off-color kernels, streaked or moldy grains, broken rice, plus the usual hazards — glass chips, stones, plastic fragments.
